The School Lunch - A room 4 student's rambling.
We were getting lunches in school. A note went home to say we must not bring any lunch to school. We saw the teachers and the helpers setting up the hall. At the second break, we washed our hands and stood in a straight line. We walked behind room 3 to the main door of the hall. There was a helper handing out lunches to everyone. I wondered what we were going to have for lunch. All of us collected our lunches and sat in the places pointed out by our teacher. Miss Maude had one of the students say the karakia. Then everyone opened their lunches and went " Oooh!" We had a chicken wrap, a pear and a muffin. Ms Crystal came around and cut our wraps in two. The lunch was very yummy. I wonder what we will get tomorrow?

Jumping all the Way
We really had fun! The jumping castle had arrived at school. We could not wait for our turn. Eventually we got here and jumped, and jumped and jumped. How good it felt. We were very tired but happy.

A New Year, A New Class!
It was the 3rd February 2021 when we excitedly gathered under the Great Old Oak tree. It was the first day of school. Mr Hendricks, our Principal was going to tell us which class we will be going to and who our teacher will be. He started with the new room 3 class then went to room 2. Next it was our turn.
The room was Room 4 and the teacher was Mr Ramkolowan. As our names were called, we went up to Mr Ramkolowan and stood in a line. There were 18 of us present on the day. After that we walked to room 4. All the other children clapped as we went.
We were so happy that we were now in a "big" class.
